Privacy Policy

Draft privacy policy for the Ladno service (ladno.dev, bot @ladnomoneybot). These are Ladno brand documents — not Budget OK policy and not budgetcoin.ru materials. Operator legal details will be clarified.

1. Who processes data

Operator of the Ladno service (placeholder): until a full legal entity / sole proprietor is registered, we name the product “Ladno” and the site ladno.dev.

2. What this policy covers

Use of ladno.dev, the Telegram bot @ladnomoneybot, and the Ladno Mini App (sign-in via Telegram).

This policy does not govern processing by the Telegram platform — Telegram has its own terms and privacy policy.

3. What data we process

To the extent needed to run the tracking service:

  • Telegram user identifier (telegram_id) and related session data after server-side initData verification;
  • ledger profile data: wallets, categories and subcategories, transactions (amounts in integer minor units), budgets, debts, reminders, settings;
  • technical session data (session cookie, request identifiers) for auth and protection;
  • for Pro payments — Telegram Stars payment events (Telegram payment ids, SKU, entitlement period), without storing bank card data (payment goes through Telegram);
  • family profile and invite data — if you use family features.

4. Purposes of processing

We process data to:

  • provide money tracking, sync, and export within the product;
  • authenticate you via Telegram and maintain a session;
  • process Pro (Stars) subscription and entitlement;
  • keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix outages;
  • respond to support requests (including payment questions).

5. Storage and sharing

Data is stored on infrastructure used by the Ladno operator (app and database hosting). Retention lasts while needed to provide the service and meet obligations, or until you request deletion in an available process (clarified with operator details).

We do not sell your ledger data to third parties for advertising.

Telegram is an independent party: auth, Mini App delivery, and Stars payments go through Telegram. Sharing with Telegram is governed by their rules.

6. Your rights

You may request clarification, restriction of processing, or deletion of data tied to your Ladno account by writing to @ladnomoneybot. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some requests may require proving ownership of the Telegram account.

You may stop using the service and remove the Mini App / stop messaging the bot; full deletion on the operator side is done on request until a self-serve flow is described.
