Terms of Use

Draft terms for the Ladno service (ladno.dev, @ladnomoneybot). Ladno brand documents — not Budget OK / budgetcoin.ru terms. Operator details are a placeholder until founder confirmation.

1. Service

Ladno is a Telegram Mini App and bot for manual personal money tracking: wallets, categories, expense / income / transfer, budgets, debts, history, reports, profiles, reminders, offline drafts, and export.

The service is not a bank, payment agent, tax, or investment advisor. Entries in Ladno are your personal ledger; they are not financial advice and not reporting for third parties.

2. Access

The Mini App requires a Telegram account. Sign-in uses server-side verification of Telegram data (initData); a forged identifier in a request is not accepted as proof of identity.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure.

3. Core tracking and export

Core tracking (expense, income, transfer, categories and subcategories, budgets, debts, history, basic reports, offline drafts) and CSV export are intended to be available without Pro — see the Free / Pro product matrix.

Some extended capabilities may require a Pro subscription when limits are enforced (see below).

4. Digital goods and Telegram Stars

Paid digital features inside the bot and Mini App are paid only with Telegram Stars (XTR). Other payment providers are not used for Pro in the Mini App.

Current Pro prices:

  • Pro monthly — 300 Stars (Telegram subscription for 30 days with renewal via Telegram);
  • Pro yearly — 2500 Stars (one payment for 365 days).

5. Pro and family

Pro subscription is tied to the payer account (user entitlement).

For a family budget, the family profile owner’s status matters: family members rely on the owner’s entitlement.

Family budget: creating and writing to a family ledger requires the owner’s Pro. Without Pro, family expansion and family writes are unavailable (Free vs Pro). Buying Pro activates entitlement.

6. Free limits

Without Pro (and outside exceptions such as a creator allowlist) limits apply, including:

  • writing to a family budget and expanding family (create / invites) without owner Pro;
  • more than 5 active wallets per profile;
  • 3 or more personal/work profiles (beyond two free);
  • more than 3 active reminders per profile.

7. Payment support

Questions about payment, Pro status, and Stars refunds: message @ladnomoneybot (/paysupport in the bot chat) — describe the issue and approximate payment time, without screenshots that contain secrets.

Stars refunds are handled by Telegram (refund) and may shorten Pro. Payment disputes are the service operator’s responsibility, not Telegram Support as purchase arbitration.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, attempt hacking, bypass auth, abuse the API at scale, or interfere with infrastructure.

We may restrict access for abuse or security threats.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” with reasonable efforts toward availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for decisions made based on your ledger entries.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of amounts and categories you enter.
