How to use Ladno: first expense, budget, and history
How to use Ladno in Telegram: open the bot, log an expense with drag, set a budget, and find a transaction in history.
Ladno is manual household bookkeeping in a Telegram Mini App. Below is a short route: from Start to the first entry, budget, and search in history.
Start and Mini App
- Open @ladnomoneybot
- Press Start
- Open the Mini App (menu button / Open)
Wallets and categories
Add the accounts you pay from and 8–12 categories. Subcategories — as needed. Do not aim for a full chart of accounts on the first evening.
Drag expense
Main gesture: press and hold a wallet, drag to a category, enter the amount, save. The route “Card → Cafe” stays on screen. Taps work too — a fallback path and accessibility.
Budgets
After a week or two of facts, set monthly limits on hot categories and watch “spent / left.” Do not confuse remaining budget with wallet balance.
History and reports
History has search and filters by wallet, category, and type. Reports have day / week / month and custom periods. Profiles (personal / work) isolate data.
