FAQ
Why is the app called Ladno?
In Russian, «ладно» means “okay” / “all good”: the point of tracking is that money feels sorted. You see spending, keep a budget, and run personal books without chaos. The short name is about calm control — not “accounting software.”
How is Ladno different from a spreadsheet or a bank app?
Ladno is for daily manual tracking: multiple wallets, categories with subcategories, transfers between accounts, budgets with spent/left, debts, filtered history, and reports. A bank shows its own feed; a spreadsheet is not a three-tap expense flow. Here the familiar money habit lives inside Telegram.
How fast can I log an expense?
On the home panel, press and drag a wallet onto a category — that is the primary gesture. Then amount and save: the keyboard opens immediately, and the money route (Card → Café) stays on screen. Taps work too as a backup and accessibility path.
Are there budgets, history, and reports?
Yes. Monthly budgets with remaining limit, history with search and filters by wallet, category, and type, plus reports for day, week, month, and custom ranges. Personal / work profiles isolate data so expense control stays clear.
Is multi-currency supported?
Yes. Each wallet has its own currency; cross-currency transfers and rates are handled deliberately on the server. Amounts are stored as integer minor units — no floating-point cents.
Is it free? Do I need a bank card?
There is Free: personal tracking within limits, no bank card, no ads in the UI. Pro is paid with Telegram Stars — family and higher limits. Payment is Stars inside the Mini App at @ladnomoneybot; you do not attach a card to Ladno.
Where is my data, and how safe is it?
Data is stored on the app servers (PostgreSQL). Mini App sign-in uses server-side Telegram initData verification (HMAC). Product users do not use passwords: identity is Telegram. The founder ops admin is separate and password-protected.
